When a student enrols for a service or applies for a program, the associated processing begins immediately, often involving third-party institutions, travel coordination, and government documentation processes that are non-reversible and cost-bearing on our end.
We strongly encourage all students and applicants to carefully review the service offerings, eligibility criteria, and personal readiness before committing to any of our programs or making payment. Our counsellors are always available to assist you with any queries before enrolment to ensure informed decision-making.
In the case of exceptional circumstances such as administrative errors on our part, any correction or alternative solution will be discussed at the discretion of NI Eduservices management. However, monetary refunds will not be processed under any standard or special circumstances.
While NI Eduservices provides full support with documentation, applications, and interview preparation, we do not control final decisions made by consulates, embassies, or academic institutions. Therefore, we cannot offer refunds based on visa refusals or rejections from educational institutions, as those decisions are beyond our control.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of laws. For the purpose of these Terms, the courts of Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
